Regional Contractor of the Year Winning Project in Loudoun County - Before Whole-House Renovation in Loudoun County

BOWA’s winning project in the “Entire House over $1,000,000” category, is in Waterford, Virginia. This design build transformation overhauled a significantly dated farmhouse into a spacious, rustic-themed home with a contemporary look, abundant natural light and plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. A three-story addition, numerous windows, sleek barrel-vault ceiling in the dining area, and the adjacent outdoor pavilion and deck area all contribute to achieving the clients’ goals.  This project was also the winner in its category for the NARI’s local chapter Capital CotY competition, as well as the 2016 NVBIA/MNCBIA’s Great American Living Awards.

The transformation achieved their goals and perfectly reflects the beautiful rolling landscape of their Virginia home.” said Tim Burch, Vice President of BOWA’s Middleburg office.  “The BOWA team is honored to have worked with these amazing clients and to be recognized by our peers in the remodeling industry.”
