Traditional Condominium Renovation in Rosslyn, Virginia
These returning BOWA client were transitioning to condominium living and wanted to recreate many of the comforts and details they appreciated in their existing home. They wanted to keep the existing contemporary kitchen and create an easy transition into their preferred traditional aesthetic.

Multi-Space Renovation in Potomac, Maryland
This remodeling project in Potomac, MD posed several challenges for the design build team. The clients wanted to turn their unfinished basement into an exciting and varied entertainment space for the whole family, add a pool and pool house and create a sunroom. The most significant challenge of this project was the tight lot on which the house sat.
