We are BOWA – an award-winning design build firm specializing in luxury home renovations across DC, Maryland, and Virginia! Join our growing team as the next Project Leader/Business Development leading exceptional projects for our Classic Design Build & Custom divisions.
You will be responsible for:
Market Development and Lead Generation
- Developing assigned territory by generating leads through referrals, building relationships, community engagement, and strategic partnerships
Sales and Design Management
- Full sales cycle, from initial client contact through preconstruction, facilitating formal transfer from sales to production
- Guiding clients through design and planning phases including creation of building plans, permitting, and budgeting
Client Relationship and Project Selection Oversight
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients to ensure a remarkable experience
- Accountable for managing all project selections working with internal and external resources to complete selections and ensure quality
You are:
- An expert in residential remodeling or related industry, preferably with 10+ years of experience
- A seasoned business development professional with prior experience representing a luxury brand or high-end client base with the ability to generate independent leads
- Able to collaborate with Design and Production teams, facilitating design process and overseeing construction estimates.
