BOWA and their team of amazing professionals recently completed a kitchen and master suite renovation at our home. They absolutely nailed it! Everyone involved made sure the process went as smooth as possible, and with minimal interruption to our busy lives. Their workmanship was meticulous and as a result, the final product is well beyond our expectations. Our project manager, Tom, kept us informed every step of the way, and ensured the job site was clean and swept every day. Of particular note is that anytime I would raise concerns with him, he already knew about it and had addressed it. Every, single, time!

We are again at the end of a wonderful remodel (by BOWA). I am so proud of how the house looks from the back. That new addition just makes it so much more interesting but better yet, my staircase is FINALLY COVERED!!! I am not going to worry AT ALL about my basement getting water in it because this new design is going to work. I wish we had done it years ago, quite frankly. It adds so much to the house. John did a great job on it. I hope he will come by for a look at it when he is next over this way. I am very happy with all of it. Bowa is the best! They exceeded our expectations at every stage of our home renovation project (new flooring, trim, staircase, fireplace, doors, kitchen cabinet rehab, light fixtures, and siding). Our project leader, Steve, was extremely helpful as we considered and prioritized various upgrade projects. Caroline guided us through all the interior design / style choices and helped us get the updated look we sought. And our project managers, Ken and Tyler, oversaw the construction and just made everything go smoothly. The onsite management was invaluable and we never felt like we had to monitor things to make sure the work was done properly. This was a our second renovation project — our experience 12 years ago taught us that things don’t always go as planned. But Ken/Tyler anticipated issues and resolved them with limited involvement on our part and with little/no scope/timeline impact. Very positive experience. Yes, they are expensive, but you get what you pay for, as the saying goes. Weekly meetings kept us knowing exactly what to expect at all times. Workmen arrived promptly every day at 7am. They were professional and courteous at all times. A designated project manager was on site at all times so I didn’t need to be home to wait or supervise. Project managers Tom, Joel and Franze were excellent as was Daniel, the carpenter. We loved working with these talented people. We definitely recommend BOWA for your remodeling projects.

BOWA remodeled our kitchen. The original plan was to remove and replace. With consulting, we realized there was a better way with some structural changes. The end result was a beautiful kitchen my family will enjoy for many years! The outcome exceeded our expectations. The workmanship and attention to detail is first rate. These are consummate professionals, with vision and style, and most importantly, the craftsman’s expertise. We started with a 1910 farmhouse, “good bones” and vast character, and a few ideas, and then entrusted all this to our overall project manager Jim Harris, and our architect Valery Tessier. They indulged our fantasies and kept it real, but listened and translated our vision well, finding ways to make the big things happen. When the art and science were applied to paper, it was the turn of Mick Spring the construction phase manager and Jim Greenzweig, the site manager, to turn our dreams into reality. BOWA has a wealth of expert artisan’s that they draw on for all phases of the renovation, and after a lot of hard work and amazing juggling, we crossed the threshold of our beautifully renovated 1910 farmhouse, our breath taken away by the simple elegance they created that still possessed the character and historical touches we first fell in love with, but now with more space and AMAZING kitchen/family space and bathrooms, and a place we feel is “our” home.

BOWA is absolutely amazing! All my clients who have used them absolutely rave about them. Be prepared though because they will seem pricey at first, but I strongly believe their service, process and product/results are worth every penny. All too often, people try to save 10-15% upfront by going with a less expensive option, but then it ends up costing them more because of the hassle factor, future issues that arise or extended time for the job, etc. In all honestly, BOWA is the best in the renovation business, and I believe you totally get what you pay for.
