Extraordinary Whole-House Renovation in Great Falls, VA

Homeowner Challenge:

As soon as these homeowners were ready to refresh their residence in Great Falls, they brought their whole-house renovation project to BOWA to bring their vision to life. The custom-built home was the perfect place to raise their family, but now they felt it was time to switch up its overall design. Wanting to implement an edgy and more contemporary style, they put their trust in BOWA’s hands to help them fall in love with their home all over again.

The BOWA Solution:

To achieve the look that the homeowners were after, BOWA’s team partnered with Lotus Interior Design & Kramer Architects for this whole-house renovation. On the first floor, walls were removed to open the space between the kitchen and family room. Along with other structural and design updates, this created a brighter and more energetic space. The breakfast room was relocated and connected to the main dining area, and both family rooms were updated/modernized. A foyer was created for the primary suite that grants separate access points to the bedroom, closet, and refurbished bath. After many happy years in this house, the homeowners are so pleased with every aspect of the renovation and feel they have officially achieved their dream home.
