Those in this role thrive on listening to what the client wants, coming up with the right solution and delivering stunning home transformations. The Project Leader – Business Development is responsible for developing new business, signing sales contracts with new clients, then leading a team of professionals who guide, execute and manage a client’s entire design and construction experience from the earliest stages of planning, through construction and beyond. He/she can determine his/her own compensation potential and will be backed by a solid team of construction and administrative professionals.

REQUIREMENTS AND BENEFITS:
Candidate must have a successful history of luxury sales in residential remodeling, construction, real estate or other related business, an outgoing personality, and strong Microsoft Office/computer skills. The right candidate must have excellent listening skills, a desire to exceed client expectations and the ability to work collaboratively with the design and production team. In addition, he/she must be highly optimistic, focused on results, self-disciplined, assertive, highly motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
