Homeowner Challenge:

During their first BOWA project, the homeowners had delayed building a pool until their young children were older, and as a result, the beautiful exterior spaces were underutilized. Their goal was to create a unified outdoor destination for entertaining family and friends that would complement the existing structure and feel of the home.

The BOWA Solution:

The patio was reconfigured to include a new outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool area and integrated with the existing exterior living room. Seating areas on different levels provide sweeping views of the rear yard, spa and pool, including a soothing waterfall feature. Custom stone work provides continuity between the various spaces, as well as the new putting green.

Project Highlights:

• Outdoor kitchen with Spanish cedar cabinetry, 54” Lynx grill and soapstone countertops
• Custom putting green
• Natural formation pool and spa
• Project completed within budget and on schedule, despite particularly harsh winter weather, and was ready to open a summer of entertaining.
