Chevy Chase Whole-House Remodel

The original home was compartmentalized and lacked easy flow between rooms, leaving it feeling dark, cold and closed off. The renovation opened and connected spaces to create a light-filled home with smooth transitions and comfortable areas for daily use and hosting. The new walled garden creates privacy for outdoor entertaining.  This wonderful project was also honored as a Grand Award Winner in the local Contractor of the Year competition.

Blending Styles in Leesburg

This family wanted to overhaul the traditional layout and builder-grade finishes they had on the first floor of their townhome. By removing walls and reconfiguring, BOWA’s Design Team helped them to create the open, functional space they desired, featuring a 16-foot island and a “country chic meets urban loft” aesthetic.  We’re proud to say this project was a Grand Award Winner in NARI’s local Contractor of the Year Awards.

Contemporary Condo in Reston

When it came time to downsize from her Great Falls home, this client wanted a condo with a luxurious open-concept kitchen, plenty of light and lots of display space. BOWA’s Design Team reconfigured the layout creating a large island as the centerpiece of the design and plenty of storage and display room for her cherished collectibles.  This beautiful home was honored with Contractor of the Year awards at both the regional and national levels.

Lovely Transformation in Georgetown

This family’s home needed updates throughout to make it more efficient for daily life. One of the top priorities was addressing the cramped, outdated master bath. The space now features a zero-threshold shower, soaking tub, double vanity and pocket door. The project also included updating the dark basement and kitchen.
